Indulge in a memorable Champagne and Caviar masterclass with Simon Johnson’s National Caviar expert Kasia & Champagne ambassador Charlie Mudd, where we will dissect and explore the synergy of champagne & caviar.

 

Learn how to taste 5 different caviars, most authentically, as the experts do – revealing the subtle differences of each style and pair them with champagne & premium vodka to evoke and tantalise the taste buds.

 

Take home your own mother-of-pearl caviar spoon and enjoy a complimentary entree on dinner bookings at Fraser’s Restaurant following the masterclass.
