Our Response to COVID-19Back to Special Events
Dear valued guests,
With the current COVID-19 pandemic causing uncertainty for people and businesses the world over, we want to share with you some things we are certain of: Our commitment to safety and our commitment to you, our valued guests.
Our restaurant doors are now closed to the public. You can still enjoy a delicious range of takeaway food from BWG Steakhouse (Applecross) and the Kiosk (Kings Park). Click here for menus.
At our venues that are serving takeaway food, we’ve implemented a number of preventative measures to help keep our community safe. We urge you to do the same, and to remain vigilant. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms or have recently returned from overseas travel, we politely ask that you do not visit our venues. Instead, please take the necessary precautions to take care of both yourself and your community.
Our team is also committed to doing all we can to safely keep business sustainable in the current climate. As the situation evolves on a daily basis, how we manage these efforts will also evolve. With this in mind, we encourage all of our patrons to communicate their needs with us, so that we can best understand how to safely continue serving you.
Please share any requests, concerns or questions you might have with us by responding to this email or using our online contact form – we’d love to hear from you.

Fraser’s Restaurant, BWG Steakhouse, The Old Brewery, The Botanical Café and Kings Park Kiosk
Our venues are now closed to the public. BWG Steakhouse and the Kings Park Kiosk are open for takeaway orders only.
All employees continue to maintain the highest standards of hygiene both personally and within our venues, including (but not limited to) the following:
– Workplace exclusion for unwell employees and/or employees who have recently returned from overseas, per the guidelines given by the Australian Government;
– Increased cleaning and sanitising of public areas and bathroom surfaces using heavier duty disinfectants;
– Frequent, vigorous handwashing and sanitising;
Throughout the entire Fraser’s Restaurant Group, we are taking this issue very seriously and doing all we can to ensure business continues safely for the sake of all patrons, staff and our local community.
COVID-19 might be able to temporarily close our venues, but we’ll never let it close our hearts.
For the next 3 months, 10% of every gift card purchase will be donated to OzHarvest to help provide food to vulnerable people in your community.
Our gift cards are valid for 3 years – so support your local community and start planning for that celebratory dinner now!
From all of us within the Fraser’s Restaurant Group, we thank you for your loyalty and support, and look forward to serving you again soon.
Wishing you good health,
