There will be a price adjustment for BBQ items cooked on the BBQ in the room otherwise the BBQ is prepared in the kitchen.

We suggest the following:

·         Commence with cold canapés and possibly open one station to ensure your guests enjoy some substantial food early in the event.

·         Graduate into hot canapés

·         Open the station (i.e Main Meals)

·         The stations are to allow your guests to eat as much or as little as they would like. The staff will also pass the food from the stations to your guests.

·         Move into some dessert items- passed and station

·         Finish by keeping a hot item aside, or we can do a round of pizzas or similar at the end of the event.

 

Why this works:

·         Excellent for promoting the social aspects of the event.

·         Array of great cuisine- suits all dietary needs.

·         People get to “graze” over a number of hours- this is great around the festive season with alcohol.

·         Reducing the need for centrepieces, chair covers and other decorations.

·         No menus to print, No seating plans to ponder over.

·         We provide water stations throughout the room to promote responsible service of alcohol.

·         We will work with you and are chefs to tailor a menu.

 

Set up suggestions:

·         As well as the venue providing low drop tables, we suggest talking to us about hiring high bar tables- we suggest the longer rectangle tables as opposed to the old round bar tables.

·         Low cafe type tables with chairs scattered inside and outside for those that would like to sit down.

·         Lighting can be a easy way to create a mood in the room.

·         There are some great ideas for theming if you want to take your cocktail party to the next level.
