Joe completed his apprenticeship with Fraser's and started to work his way up the ladder eventually leading to the position that he holds now, Sous Chef of the Kings Park Function Centre.
Joe is an extremely dedicated Chef who likes to provide his customers food of the highest quality as do all of the chefs working with him.
Joes has competed in many competitions including Apprentice Of The Year which he finished with a bronze medal and also The Restaurant of Champions in which he finished with 2 gold medals.
In 2005 Joe accompanied Chris Taylor to Singapore to assist him with a promotion featuring chefs from all around the world. The promotion was "Chefs with Altitude", during the 5 days he was in Singapore Joe took part in Cooking Classes, Guest Chef Dinners and Degustation Dinners at The Equinox.
