Patrick Salord is a well known wine expert in Western Australia and has been part of the Fraser's team with Chris Taylor employing him since the business' inception.

He has an enormous amount of knowledge of wines from Western Australia, Australia and the rest of the wine producing countries in the world. Guests have returned three years later and Patrick has asked them if they would like to drink the same wine - much to their amazement.

There is very little Patrick does not know and he is very happy to share his knowledge with the staff and guests of Fraser's Restaurant. His level of professionalism and dedication is seriously second to none and we are proud to have him as part of the Fraser's team.
