Mark Haynes Overseeing Us From Above - Former Head Chef Mark held the position of Consultant Chef at Fraser's Restaurant before passing away in February 2006. Mark joined Fraser's at the completion of his apprenticeship and worked his way up to being in charge of Fraser's kitchen.
