Melanie Gray Marketing & Special Events Manager Melanie joined Fraser's in April 2003. Having spent many years in the Hospitality Industry, Melanie brings with her a lot of knowledge and experience in many different aspects of the industry. Brett Raiskums Functions Manager Brett comes to us from the WATC where he looked after all of the functions on course at Ascot and Belmont Race Courses... John Haddock Fraser's Restaurant Manager John Haddock came aboard as Restarant Manager of Fraser's in Nov 2009, and brings a wealth of wine knowledge, personality and style to the venue... Mark Haynes Overseeing Us From Above - Former Head Chef Mark held the position of Consultant Chef at Fraser's Restaurant before passing away in February 2006. Mark joined Fraser's at the completion of his apprenticeship and worked his way up to being in charge of Fraser's kitchen.
