Fraser's Restaurant, located just minutes from Perth's CBD is open for lunch and dinner every day, with a gourmet buffet breakfast on Sundays. The contemporary atmosphere and stunning views of The Swan River and Perth city, together with our award winning food and service, makes Fraser's the ideal venue. Fraser's is an 'informal fine-dining' restaurant that specialises in the finest of local produce, highlighting the best of West Australian and Australian wines on our extensive cellar list.
Group Dining and Set Menus...
Whether it's an intimate dinner for two, a corporate event or a group booking, we can tailor a menu to suit any occasion. It is usual practice that for groups of ten or more, a Set Menu will apply; though this can be discussed with our Guest Services team, should this not suit your group. For our Fraser’s Set Menu options, please click on the link below, towards the bottom of this page.
Chef will also be happy to cater for coeliacs, gluten intolerant and vegetarians; feel free to give us notice if you do require something really different, or we can do our best to tweak our a la carte menu for you on the day.
Our Menu...
For your information, entrees range between $14-20, mains between $33 – 42, and our desserts are $15. An average meal for two guests will cost about $100 per head, and that includes entree, main, dessert each, plus an average-priced bottle of wine.
Our produce is purchased daily and we only deal with Perth’s premium suppliers. Chef Chris Taylor believes in using WA produce wherever possible and serves only the freshest ingredients.
Special Occasions...
Here at Fraser's, we value your patronage and welcome you to spend your most special occasions with us. Feel free to involve us and we will help make it a meal to remember in any way we can. We can arrange a glass of champagne or a favourite cocktail on arrival, a plaque on your dessert, your favourite dish to be cooked - just give us some notice to arrange it all. If you arrange for flowers to be delivered to Fraser’s, we can pop them in our cool room and then make sure they are waiting at your table for your arrival. Our staff will be more than happy to help wherever they can; please call us (after our busy lunch and dinner service periods if possible) to discuss your requirements.

Seating request at Fraser’s...
Please note that all of our tables offer views off the city and river, although of course, some are better than others. As you can imagine we are a very special venue with amazing views, and almost every guest requests a seat on the terrace or by a window. We are therefore unable to guarantee seating - but we are more than happy to take requests. Thank you for your understanding.

Our Special Events are great opportunities for some unique education and entertainment, and over the years they haave grown in popularity. They are designed to educate, inspire and entertain - we hope you can come alone to one of our events for 2010... They sure beat going to the movies all the time!
