Fraser's Special Events 2010

Here at Fraser's we pride ourselves on our experience and knowledge - but most of all, our passion.

If you also love your food and wine, and are looking for something truly unique to do in Perth, then we extend and invitation to any guests who share this same culinary enthusiasm, to Fraser's 2010 Special Events.

Everyone is welcome, young or old, savvy or not-so-savvy! Each event is designed to educate and inspire, but also entertain. We are proud to be assocaited with Perth's top food and beverage supliers and renowned industry 'gurus', who are similarly proud to be assciated with Fraser's.

We draw on these experts' knowledge and experience to add that 'special something' to our events.

Our perenially-popular "Wine & Cheese Evenings" in the Fraser's Private Dining Room would be nothing without the stylings and expertise of Perth's premier cheese authority and director of Blue Cow Cheese Company, Nick Bath. We are fortunate to be supplied by Pernod Ricard, Perth's industry giant when it comes to spirits and liquor. We've shared many an occasion with WA's top wine suppliers, such as Howard Park, Madfish, Sandalford, Arlewood, and the list goes on.

If you are interested in learning more about food, wine, cocktails or even how a busy kitchen runs, then please do not heistate to attend one of our events.

We really do enjoy running them and our team loves nothing better than inspiring and educating the public.

The West Australian Symphony Orchestra (WASO)

Fraser’s is a Private Giving Hospitality Partner

The West Australian Symphony Orchestra (WASO) is a vibrant leader among Australia’s cultural organisations, and Western Australia’s largest and busiest performing arts company. Established in 1928, it plays a central role in the cultural life of Western Australia, performing over 130 concerts each year with some of the world’s finest conductors and soloists to an audience in excess of 180 000.

WASO’s 83 full-time musicians perform a broad range of music designed to reach a wide cross-section of the community at a number of venues including the Perth Concert Hall, Perth Esplanade, Supreme Court Gardens and Kings Park & Botanic Garden.

"Unearth the Cork" at Fraser's

This popular, national Wine Dinner Series, "UNEARTH THE CORK" is hosted by Australian wine legend, Nick Stock . Series 1 in Perth focuses on the Marlborough Region of NZ and is being held on the 5th August at the Kings Park Function Centre by Fraser’s, 7:00- 1:00pm.
