Fraser’s Cocktail Classes 2010

Who wants to learn more about making cocktails?...... Thought so!

Here at Fraser's we pride ourselves on having a great bar, stocked with all the finest premium spirits, the freshest fruits, the cleanest equipment, the clearest ice  - but most of all, some of the most creative and knowledgable minds in Perth.

Every household that enjoys entertaining, or maybe just a nice quiet drink to savour, needs a well-stocked bar. Yet it's no good having a bar like this unless it's well organised and if the person standing behind that bar knows a little something about what to do with it...

So our fun and focused team here at Fraser's would like to have you along to the Fraser's Private Dining Room for an evening of fun, sipping, chatting and learning, some of the tricks of our trade...

We are fortunate enough to have along Benfrom industry giant Pernod Riccard, to host the class, along with our Bar guru Marty. They are both very well-equipped for the class and are looking forward to hosting these events in 2010.

Ben and Marty will show you how to make five cocktails, so it's more of a demo, rather than a hands on class. They'll demonstrate bar basics, indlusing set-up, equipment and then run through each cocktail in detail, talking about each one’s chief technique, its history, and where, when and why to serve it...

Guests will enjoy the five cocktails that will be prepared in the class, along with gourmet nibblies from the kitchen to help soak up the drink. At the end of the class, guests will receive gift bags and a collection of the recipes and information on each cocktail.

The 2009 classes sold out within a few days, so if you’re interested, then please book in early.

Dinner after the class?

If you would like to have dinner in the restaurant after the class, then feel free to make a reservation with Shenade upon booking. Guests from the class are welcome to enjoy further drinks at the bar after the class.
