Please join us for this very special occasion, in our Private Dining Room. Wine aficionados from Perth’s Möet Hennessy team will introduce the stunning wines for the evening, from New Zealand’s infamous Cloudy Bay Vineyards.
A bit of background on the winery.... Cloudy Bay Vineyards is a winery in the Marlborough region of New Zealand. The winery is primarily noted for its Sauvignon Blanc wines, and have played an important pioneering role in establishing New Zealand's and Marlborough's reputation.
As one of the first New Zealand wines to be widely exported, it became a virtual "cult" item, particularly in United Kingdom and the United States. Cloudy Bay Vineyards is now owned by the multinational luxury goods firm LVMH (Louis Vuitton Möet Hennessy) through its champagne house Veuve Clicquot, and which exports to 20 countries around the world, with Australia being its largest market.

Guests will enjoy canapés, then a further four courses, with each course matched to a glass of Cloudy Bay’s premium wines. The menu will be designed by Fraser’s chef Chris Taylor to perfectly compliment each of the wines.
Get up close and personal with the Möet Hennessy team, as they take you through each wine. Guests will be seated around the one boardroom-style table, with the evening working like a casual open forum. You’ll benefit from being able to ask them anything about the wines from this internationally renowned winery – or anything about wine in general. Guests will be seated around the one large table, and the evening will work like an open forum, all very informal - and very enjoyable!
This is a unique experience for NZ wine lovers, and those who really want to expand their wine knowledge.
